Returns

You can request a return within 20 days of receiving your LED mirror. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Non-returnable items include:

Damaged or altered mirrors due to improper handling after delivery
Electrical or electronic components that are tampered with
Custom or personalized LED mirrors

Partial refunds may be granted for:

Mirrors with visible scratches, cracks, or damage not caused during shipping
Returns made after 20 days of delivery

Please do not send your LED mirror back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven’t received your refund:

Contact your credit card company
Contact your bank

Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace LED mirrors only if defective or damaged during shipping.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using trackable shipping or shipping insurance for valuable items.
